HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Simply fill out our contact form or send an email to cepiarticolidaregalo@gmail.com with your order number. Once the product has been received and verified, we will refund the amount paid! (Refunds can take up to 5 days to process, depending on the lender).
The returned product must be intact and sealed.
SHIPPING OF RETURNS
The shipping of the item to be returned and the related costs are the responsibility of the customer.
IF THE ITEMS I RECEIVE ARE DAMAGED?
If you have received damaged goods, we would like to make it clear that once the item leaves our factory or is delivered by one of our trusted couriers, responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit passes to the recipient.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A WRONG ITEM?
If the wrong item arrives and the error is on our part, it will be our duty to send the right one, otherwise it will be the customer himself who will send it at his own expense.

Remember to include your order number and the modification and/or cancellation you wish to make, you will receive confirmation of the operation. Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
